DANFOSS / EATON INDUSTRIAL HOSE CONCRETE 1000 PSI

Description & Features

Built for demanding bulk material transfer, this hose features a synthetic rubber tube and cover with high-tensile synthetic textile reinforcement combined with an anti-static copper wire for conductivity compliance. The extruded construction handles discharge of dry bulk materials including sand, gravel, and dry cement, with a rated working pressure of 1000 PSI and a minimum working temperature of -40°F. The black cover provides standard abrasion resistance for typical industrial service conditions.

The Danfoss / Eaton Industrial Hose Concrete 1000 PSI carries a -32 dash size with a 2.75-inch product width and uses an ink transfer lay line for straightforward identification in the field. Manufactured under the Danfoss (Industrial Hose Turkey) brand, this hose reflects Eaton's long-standing position in industrial hose design dating back to 1870.

got a job moving dry cement and some sand. is this hose meant for that kind of bulk discharge or is it more for wet concrete
Answer by: Customer Support on May 19, 2025, 7:32 AM
For dry bulk discharge, it fits the bill. The application callout is dry materials like sand, gravel, and dry cement, and the construction is set up for that kind of transfer.
