90° Female JIC 37° Flare

Description & Features

Constructed from carbon steel, this 90° Female JIC 37° Flare elbow fitting is part of the Eaton Aeroquip E-Z Clip system, designed for A/C refrigeration applications where reliable, angle-routed connections are required. The female JIC 37° flare end mates with standard JIC-style hose and tube assemblies, while the 90° orientation allows for compact routing in space-constrained installations.

With a hose dash size of -12 and a drop dimension of 3.02 inches, this fitting assembly suits mid-range refrigeration line configurations. Aeroquip's design focuses on reducing assembly time without sacrificing connection integrity, making it a practical choice for production environments and field service work across a wide range of industrial refrigeration applications.

Question by: Carl W on Jul 11, 2025, 5:39 PM
fitting's rated for refrigerant lines, or is this more of a general hydraulic elbow?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 13, 2025, 6:51 AM
Built specifically for A/C refrigeration applications, not general hydraulic service. The female JIC 37° flare end mates with standard JIC-style hose and tube assemblies, so it's right at home on refrigeration line work. The 90° angle helps where you're working in tight spots and need to route lines without a lot of extra room to work with.
