Description & Features

The Danfoss / Eaton Winner PTFE Reel features a stainless steel cover for premium abrasion resistance. Constructed with an extruded tube and braided cover, it is suitable for steam, compressor discharge, and virtually all chemical applications. However, it is not recommended for steam-cold water cycling.

This non-conductive hose withstands vibration and impulsing and is impervious to degradation within a wide temperature range. It meets SAE 100R14A, SAE 100R14B, and SAE J517 certifications. Compatible with E series, Field Attachable, and FC Series qualified hose fittings. Minimum bend radius: 6.5.

what kinda chemicals can this hose actually handle? asking because we run some pretty aggressive stuff through our lines and cant afford a hose that breaks down on us

PTFE tubing is about as chemically resistant as you can get in a flexible hose. The extruded PTFE tube material holds up against virtually all chemical applications, which covers a wide range of aggressive fluids and solvents that would eat through rubber or standard thermoplastic hose in short order. The stainless steel braided cover adds another layer of protection on the outside. One thing worth noting upfront: this hose is not recommended for steam-cold water cycling. If your process alternates between steam and cold water, this is not the right fit. For straight chemical service or compressor discharge without that hot-cold cycling, it is a solid choice.

What kind of fittings work with this hose? I've got some E series stuff lying around.
