Constructed with a PTFE tube and stainless steel braided cover, this dash-6 hose is built for demanding chemical and high-temperature transfer applications. The Danfoss / Eaton Winner PTFE Reel is rated to handle steam, compressor discharge, and a broad range of chemical media, with a minimum working temperature of -65°F and a minimum bend radius of 3.94 inches.
The extruded PTFE core is impervious to degradation from aggressive fluids, while the stainless steel braid provides structural integrity through vibration and impulse cycling up to 100,000 cycles. Non-conductive by design, this hose meets SAE 100R14A and SAE 100R14B certifications. Compatible fittings include E Series, FC Series, and field-attachable options. Not recommended for steam-to-cold water cycling applications.

Question by: Danny G on Dec 31, 2025, 6:00 PM
does this hose hold up alright running compressor discharge lines? seen cheaper ones blister out after a few months and tired of replacing them
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 2, 2026, 11:00 AM
Compressor discharge is one of the applications this hose is specifically rated for. The extruded PTFE core resists degradation from heat and aggressive media, and the stainless steel braid holds up through vibration and impulse cycling up to 100,000 cycles. That combination is what separates it from lower-grade hose assemblies that break down under sustained heat and pressure cycling.
Question by: Kent C on Aug 30, 2025, 5:12 PM
got a dash-6 chemical line that sees a lot of heat. is this PTFE reel hose meant for that kind of service
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 1, 2025, 1:59 PM
For hot chemical transfer, the extruded PTFE tube is called out as being impervious to degradation from aggressive fluids, and the stainless steel braided cover adds strength for demanding service. It is also described as suitable for steam and compressor discharge, with a minimum working temperature of -65°F.
