Designed for longer bent connections this premium wet exhaust hose boasts a high temp EPDM rubber construction. With a tube and cover reinforced by a wire helix between two plies it offers excellent flexibility and a tight bend radius.
Ideal for marine applications this hose resists heat ozone exhaust sanitation chemicals panting and collapse compliant with ABYC NMMA and pending ISO 13363 standards.
The hardwall design supports a maximum operating pressure of 57 PSI and continuous temperatures up to 250F. Featuring a smooth interior surface and bend arcs it minimizes engine back pressure enhancing performance.
Installation is straightforward requiring a minimum of two stainless steel clamps at each end. For optimal results recommended clamps include 3/4 inch wide T-Bolt Clamps and 5/8 inch wide Constant Torque Clamps.
In case of backfire inspect the entire wet exhaust system for any damage or leaks.

how hot does this hose get before it starts breaking down? running a wet exhaust on an inboard and want to make sure it can hold up to the heat before i commit to buying a length of it
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 16, 2025, 6:47 AM
Continuous operating temps up to 250 degrees F are within spec for this hose. The EPDM rubber construction handles that heat without degrading, and it also resists ozone and exhaust gases on top of that. Just make sure it's installed far enough downstream from the water injection point so the actual temperature at the hose location stays within that limit. If your setup runs hotter than 250F at that spot, you'd be looking at a different material like silicone rated for higher temps.
