This premium wet exhaust hose is specifically designed for extended bent connections featuring a robust black high-temperature EPDM rubber construction. With a hose inner diameter of 2.5 inches and an outer diameter of 3.1 inches this exhaust hose delivers reliable performance under continuous temperatures up to 250F and a maximum operating pressure of 65 PSI.

The hose's construction includes an extra-heavy tube and cover with a wire helix between two-ply reinforcement providing excellent flexibility and a tight bend radius. It effectively resists heat ozone exhaust sanitation chemicals and collapse making it a reliable choice for demanding marine environments.

This product conforms to SAE J2006 ABYC and NMMA standards with ISO 13363 certification pending. The smooth interior surface and bend arcs reduce engine back pressure enhancing overall performance.

What size clamps do I need to put this hose on?

Installation over rigid tubing requires a minimum of 2 stainless steel clamps (1/2 inch wide minimum) at each end. Recommended clamps are 3/4 inch wide T-Bolt Clamps and 5/8 inch wide Constant Torque Clamps.
