This premium marine wet exhaust hose is constructed with black high temperature (HT) EPDM rubber offering exceptional resistance to heat aging ozone exhaust and sanitation chemicals. Designed for optimal performance in wet exhaust systems it meets SAE J2006 standards and ABYC NMMA compliance.

The hose with a 2.00 inch inner diameter and outer diameter of 2.6 inches supports a maximum operating pressure of 50 PSI and continuous temperatures up to 250F. It features a heavy-wall design with 2 to 6 ply reinforcement ensuring durability and reliability for demanding marine applications.

The smooth interior surface reduces engine back pressure which can enhance engine performance while its excellent flexibility and tight bend radius allow for easier installations. Each component must be installed with two stainless steel clamps at each end secured over rigid tubing or pipes.

For best results avoid kinking or damaging the hose during installation and ensure it's positioned to maintain its maximum continuous operating temperature. Regular inspection after backfires is recommended to check for any potential damage or leaks.

Got a tight spot in the boat, how hot can this 2 inch wet exhaust hose run all day without cooking it

For continuous use, keep the hose at or under 250°F at its installed location, and stay within the 50 PSI maximum operating pressure.
