What kind of power supply does this crimper need to run?

This unit needs a 220 volt, 50 Hz power supply to operate. Make sure your facility is equipped to handle that before you get started.
Question by: Earl C on Mar 21, 2026, 8:39 AM
got a bench setup in the shop, will this crimper mount up there or is it meant for a cart only?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 22, 2026, 5:18 PM
For mounting, it supports either a bench setup or a Coll-O-Cart arrangement. It is built as a stationary shop unit, not a portable field crimper, and it weighs about 690 lb.
Question by: Billy G on Jan 20, 2026, 9:20 AM
what's the power requirement on this crimper, is it standard shop voltage or something special?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 21, 2026, 11:53 AM
Runs on 220V at 50Hz, so it's not your typical 110V outlet setup. You'll want to make sure your shop has the right electrical supply lined up before it arrives. Worth checking with whoever handles your facility's power circuits ahead of time.
