The Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton F(C)G-02 50 Design Flow Control Valves provide precise management of fluid flow delivering superior moisture resistance and reliable fluid flow regulation. These valves are both pressure and temperature compensated minimizing flow variation due to changes in fluid pressure and temperature. They feature a dial with 4-1/2 turns from fully closed to fully open allowing for exact flow rate control.
The subplate-mounted design ensures easy installation and maintenance. A key lock is standard and includes two keys for secure operation.
Maximum flow for size -02 models is 10 GPM with a maximum operating pressure of 3600 PSI while size -03 models offer a maximum flow of 28 GPM and an operating pressure of 3000 PSI. The maximum knob torque required for size -03 models is 20 lb. in. @ 3000 PSI.
Reverse flow check is included ensuring efficient performance and the valves are designed for fluid cleanliness up to 18/15 micron. Standard mounting bolts and recommended filtration at ISO 4406 cleanliness level 19/17/14 or cleaner are included as well. Seal material is nitrile adding durability.

Question by: Johnny W on Aug 9, 2025, 4:23āÆPM
If I need to swap this out later, are those mounting bolts a standard size? Don't want to get stuck hunting around.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 11, 2025, 6:53āÆAM
You'll need either 5/16-18 x 2 Grade 8 socket head capscrews for the size -02 models or 3/8-16 x 3 Grade 8 socket head capscrews for the size -03 models. Eaton Vickers also sells bolt kits specifically for these valves, which might be easier than sourcing them separately.

got a machine thatās touchy when oil temp changes. will this valve keep the flow steady when it heats up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 17, 2025, 7:39āÆAM
With pressure and temperature compensation built in, the valve is meant to minimize flow variation when system pressure swings or the fluid warms up and cools down. You set flow with the dial, and it holds that setting more consistently across those changes than a non-compensated control.
