what's the temp range on these cups, and will they hold up runnin closer to the high end regular-like?

Rated from -65 up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit, so running near the top of that range on a consistent basis is within spec. The cotton fabric and rubber construction handles that kind of heat without the material giving out prematurely, as long as you stay within that ceiling.
