Aeroquip CUT Length Hose 100FT

Description & Features

Rated for demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic applications, the Aeroquip CUT Length Hose 100FT is a -16 dash size hose built with a single-ply polyester braid reinforcement combined with wire, encased in a durable polyester cover with a blue finish. The elastomer inner tube is conductive, supporting safe routing in environments where static discharge is a concern.

Certified to SAE 100R5, SAE J1402, SAE J1019, and ABS standards, and compliant with DNV, USCG, and DOT FMVSS 106, this hose is well-suited for marine, transportation, and mobile equipment contexts. A minimum bend radius of 7.38 inches and a minimum working temperature of -55°F allow for installation in tight routing paths and cold-weather conditions. The lay line is applied via ink wheel, and the hose is compatible with reusable barrel and field crimp fittings. Sold in a 100-foot cut-length format, it provides flexibility for custom assembly requirements.

What's the smallest I can bend this hose without causing problems?

The minimum bend radius you're looking at is 7.38 inches. Anything tighter than that and you risk damaging the hose.
