FC51 Series 3-Port Pressure Compensated Priority Flow Control Valve 0-50 GPM Flow Range

The FC51 Series 3-Port Pressure Compensated Priority Flow Control Valve 0-50 GPM Flow Range is designed to handle industrial flow control tasks efficiently. Equipped with a precision ground chrome plated spool this valve ensures long-lasting performance and the cast iron body enhances durability.

The variable flow control is achieved as fluid travels past the variable orifice through the compensator spool and exits through the controlled flow port. The sum of the controlled and excess flows equals the inlet flow with adjustments made by the compensator spool for consistent flow and pressure.

Both outlets are pressure compensated maintaining constant flow rates while adjusting for pressure changes. The valve can also function as a 2-port flow control by plugging the excess flow port ideally limiting the flow to about half of its rated capacity.

Diamond honed spool bore provides a consistent fit with low leakage ensuring reliable performance. This valve is factory tested for shutoff linearity maximum flow and pressure compensation. Materials include heat-treated spools and Buna-N O-rings making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
