Description & Features

Designed for high-pressure hydraulic service, this -6 dash size hose is built around a Hi-Pac wire braid reinforcement and an AQP inner tube, wrapped in a blue elastomer cover rated for premium abrasion resistance. Construction meets both SAE 100R2AT and EN857 1SC standards, and the hose carries USCG and Msha approvals for demanding service environments.

The Aeroquip Hi-Pac Hose is compatible with petroleum-based and fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, fuel and lubricating oils, gasoline, water, and a range of other industrial fluids. It is rated for a minimum operating temperature of -40°F and has a minimum bend radius of 3.5 inches, making it suitable for routed assemblies in tight installations. Compatible fittings include Ttc, 1SA, and Hi-Pac reusable types. The conductive construction supports static dissipation requirements in applicable fluid systems.

got a tight spot to snake a line through. how tight can this -6 hi pac hose bend without kinkin it up?

For routed installs, the minimum bend radius is 3.5 inches. Keeping bends at or above that radius helps it hold shape and avoid damage in tight runs.

what fluids is this hose rated for? got a machine running on fire-resistant hydraulic fluid and need something that'll hold up
