got a tight spot on my machine, how sharp can i bend this -4 hose without kinkin it

For the FC613-04RL in dash size -4, the minimum bend radius is 4 inches. Staying at or above that bend radius helps prevent kinks and keeps the reinforcement from getting stressed.
