Designed for adjustable pressure compensation within a 0-8 GPM flow range the valve includes a high-lift ball spring relief valve. It has a cast iron body with heat-treated steel spools maintaining a maximum operating pressure of 3000 PSI. The relief valve opens to divert flow to the EX port when the CF port pressure surpasses the relief setting ensuring system efficiency.

Tested at the factory for shutoff linearity and maximum flow and pressure compensation this valve fits securely with Buna-N O-Rings. The unit is recommended to be filtered at 30 microns for optimal performance making it a robust choice for hydraulic flow control applications.

got a setup where i need a steady controlled flow but the pump pressure bounces around. will this valve keep the CF flow pretty consistent

With the pressure compensator spool, the valve is built to hold a fairly constant controlled flow out of the CF port even as pressure changes. You set the flow by rotating the lever to change the orifice area, and the compensator adjusts to keep that CF flow proportional to your setting.
