DANFOSS / EATON AEROQUIP. QUICK-DRAIN Oil Pan Coupling. Male half-Valv

Description & Features

The Eaton Aeroquip Quick-Drain Oil Pan Coupling, Male Half-Valv, is designed for efficient fluid management in industrial applications. Built from durable carbon steel, this coupling ensures longevity and reliability. Its low-profile design, complemented by multiple sealing mechanisms, provides a secure connection, minimizing leakage risks. The coupling is equipped with a copper-crush gasket, which seats firmly against the port face, enhancing sealing performance. It supports a broad range of standard thread styles for plug/male half connections, making it versatile for various industrial setups.

With a flow rate of 0.24 gallons per minute, this coupling is optimized for controlled fluid transfer, ideal for hydraulic systems requiring precise flow management. Its compact width of 1.4 inches allows for easy integration into space-constrained environments. Trust the Eaton Aeroquip brand for quality and performance in demanding industrial settings.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Ross B on Aug 5, 2025, 10:16 AM
what's the flow rate on this coupling, and is 0.24 GPM enough for a standard oil drain setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 6, 2025, 1:13 PM
For a controlled oil pan drain, 0.24 gallons per minute is right in the wheelhouse of what these couplings are built for. It's not meant for high-volume transfer work. The design prioritizes precision flow management over speed, so if your application calls for a slow, deliberate drain rather than a fast dump, this fits that need well.
