Question by: Brett B on Mar 19, 2026, 5:46 PM
What kinda pressure can this handle? I'm workin' with some pretty heavy-duty stuff.
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 21, 2026, 1:53 PM
This Eaton Aeroquip Hansen FD35 Series coupling is designed for hydraulic applications up to 10,000 psi, which should be suitable for demanding hydraulic tools and rams.
Question by: Todd O on Mar 7, 2026, 4:42 PM
got a 3/8 NPTF port on my tool, is this the right female half to thread in?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 8, 2026, 6:09 PM
It’s set up with a 3/8 NPTF threaded end on one side and a push-to-connect interface on the other, and it’s the female half of the coupling.
Question by: Freddie H on Oct 21, 2025, 11:47 AM
Push-to-connect on this thing, does that mean I don't gotta use any wrenches or special tooling to hook it up?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 23, 2025, 6:29 AM
Correct on that. The push-to-connect end lets you make the connection without reaching for any tools. The sleeve lock safety mechanism keeps it seated once it's engaged, so you're not dealing with accidental disconnects under pressure either. The threaded side is NPTF, so that end does need to be made up properly when you install it into your port, but the quick connect side itself is hand-operated.
