DANFOSS / EATON COUPLINGS - CODE CP

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic tool circuits and fluid transfer applications, this carbon steel female half socket features a 3/8" port with a 3/4" male ORB inlet and a 3/8" female end, making it compatible with HTMA interchange configurations. The ball lock internal connection and push-button safety locking mechanism allow quick, tool-free coupling and decoupling without fluid spillage concerns.

The Danfoss / Eaton Hansen FD49 Series Quick Disconnect Coupling carries NFPA Standard T3.20.15 HTMA interchange certification and exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressures, supporting a rated flow of 10 gallons per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable performance down to -30°F, and the two-way valve design maintains system integrity when disconnected. The 1.06" hex on the female end simplifies installation with standard tooling.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Dean M on Oct 28, 2025, 7:39 PM
What size is the threaded part where I hook up my hydraulic line? Is it the same on both ends?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 30, 2025, 6:33 PM
The port where you connect your hydraulic line is 3/8". The other end, the inlet, is 3/4" ORB (O-ring boss). So, they're different sizes.
