DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING

Description & Features

Designed for on-highway hydraulic wet lines and bulk liquid transfer applications, this Danfoss / Eaton Coupling is part of the Hansen FD56 Series and functions as a male half with a push-to-connect interface. The 1/2-inch port connects via a 1/2-inch NPT female port on the mating end, and a ball lock internal connection type ensures a secure, reliable engagement without the need for special tools.

Built from carbon steel with FKM seals, this coupling is rated to a minimum working temperature of -15°F and delivers a flow rate of 12 gallons per minute. The two-way valve design supports clean connect and disconnect cycles, making it well suited for dump and refuse vehicles as well as general hydraulic fluid transfer service. It meets ISO 7241-1 Series A certification and exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements.
