DANFOSS / EATON COUPLINGS - CODE CP

Description & Features

Designed for on-highway hydraulic wet lines, dump vehicles, refuse trucks, and bulk liquid transfer applications, this 1-inch male half plug is built from carbon steel with FKM seals, offering reliable performance across demanding fluid transfer environments. It operates down to -15°F minimum working temperature and supports flow rates up to 50 gallons per minute.

The Danfoss / Eaton Couplings - Code Cp (Hansen FD56 Series) uses a ball lock internal connection mechanism and a push-to-connect end configuration with a 1-inch NPT female port. No special tools are required for connection or disconnection, and the 2-way valve design allows straightforward integration into hydraulic circuits. Certified to ISO 7241-1 Series A and exceeding ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements, this coupling is suited for applications where performance consistency and fast connect/disconnect capability are priorities.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Shawn G on Dec 8, 2025, 2:53 PM
Will this fit on my dump truck's hydraulic wet line setup without needing any adapters? I'm using 1-inch NPT fittings now.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 10, 2025, 6:59 AM
Given its 1-inch NPT female port, this male half plug should integrate directly into your existing 1-inch NPT system. It's designed for on-highway hydraulic wet lines and uses a push-to-connect end configuration, so no special tools are needed.
