DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING

Description & Features

Designed for on-highway hydraulic wet lines and bulk liquid transfer applications, this carbon steel female half coupling handles flows up to 12 gallons per minute and carries ISO 7241-1 Series A certification. The Danfoss / Eaton Hansen FD56 Series Quick Disconnect Coupling features a ball lock internal connection mechanism with a 3/4-inch port and a 3/4-inch NPT female end, making it straightforward to integrate into existing hydraulic circuits without special tools.

FKM seals support a minimum working temperature of -15°F, suitable for the demanding thermal cycles common in dump and refuse vehicle hydraulics. The push-to-connect design enables fast coupling and disconnection under working conditions, and the 2-way valve configuration helps control fluid flow during connection changes. Construction from carbon steel provides the structural durability expected in heavy mobile equipment environments.

Reckon this quick disconnect would hold up okay on my dump truck's wet line?

Carbon steel construction makes this coupling plenty durable for the heavy demands of mobile equipment like dump trucks, so it should do the job.
