Designed for high pressure water blast applications, this female half quick disconnect coupling features an arc latch sleeve lock mechanism that guards against accidental disconnection under demanding conditions. The smooth bore, straight-through internal design supports high flow rates, while a heavy-duty back-up ring prevents o-ring extrusion during pressure cycles. Nitrile (Buna-N) seals are standard, and the zinc-plated steel body offers corrosion resistance suitable for shipyard, bridge repair, concrete repair, and paint stripping environments. Stainless steel configurations are also available within the Fd69 Series.

The FD69 Series Arc Latch High Pressure Water Blast Quick Disconnect, Female Half, -08 Coupling, 1/2-14 Female NPT connects via a push-to-connect interface on one end and a 1/2-14 female NPT thread on the other. It is rated for a minimum working temperature of -4°F and carries a two-way valve configuration. reckon this fd69 female half will thread right onto a standard 1/2 npt male fitting without any adapters
