FD69 Series Arc Latch High Pressure Water Blast Quick Disconnect, Male Half, -08 Coupling, 1/2-14 Female NPT

Description & Features

Built for demanding high-pressure water blast environments, this male half quick disconnect coupling features an arc latch sleeve lock that guards against accidental disconnection under pressure. The smooth bore, straight-through design supports high flow rates, while a heavy-duty back-up ring prevents o-ring extrusion during high-cycle use. FKM seal material provides reliable performance across a working temperature range starting at -4°F, and the zinc-plated steel body offers corrosion resistance suitable for shipyard, bridge repair, concrete restoration, and paint stripping applications.

The FD69 Series Arc Latch High Pressure Water Blast Quick Disconnect, Male Half, -08 Coupling, 1/2-14 Female NPT is manufactured under the Danfoss Power Solutions (Aeroquip) product line and carries catalog number C1CU33. The -08 coupling size connects via a push-to-connect male end to a 1/2-14 Female NPT port. Stainless steel body configurations are also available for applications requiring additional corrosion resistance.

It comes with a 1/2-14 Female NPT port.
Question by: Freddie P on May 21, 2025, 9:31 AM
Got a water blasting rig running 1/2-14 female NPT ports, will this male half couple straight up to that without any adapters in between?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 23, 2025, 7:10 AM
A 1/2-14 Female NPT port is exactly what this coupling is built to thread into. The male half connects push-to-connect on the coupling end, and the NPT side threads directly into your female port. No adapter needed for that configuration.
