DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING

Description & Features

Designed for robust hydraulic and fluid transfer applications, the Hansen FD85 Series Quick Disconnect Couplings by Danfoss/Eaton offer exceptional durability and performance. These couplings feature a convenient quick connect and disconnect mechanism, eliminating the need for special tools and enhancing operational efficiency. Constructed from carbon steel, they are built to withstand demanding environments, such as mining equipment use. With a flow rate of 26.4 gallons per minute, these couplings exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures, ensuring reliability under high-pressure conditions.

The coupling's design includes a female NPTF end with a 0.75-inch size, providing a secure and leak-proof connection. The internal thread-to-connect mechanism further enhances connection integrity. Certified by Lloyd's Registry for fire conditions as outlined in API 16D and EUB Directive, these couplings meet stringent safety and compatibility standards. The Buna-N seal material adds to their resilience, making them suitable for a wide range of hydraulic fluids.
