Diagnostic QD PLUG #5 M-SAE W/CAP

Description & Features

Designed for diagnostic pressure testing in hydraulic systems, the Diagnostic QD Plug #5 M-SAE W/Cap is a male half quick disconnect coupling from the Aeroquip Hansen FD90 Series. Constructed from carbon steel with a Buna-N seal, it connects via a push-to-connect interface on one end and a 1/2" SAE ORB port on the other, with a ball lock internal connection and sleeve lock safety mechanism providing secure engagement during use.

No special tools are required for connection or disconnection, and the design exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure thresholds. Rated for use down to -40°F, it suits demanding environments where reliable diagnostic access is essential. The coupling meets SAE J1502 interchange certification and supports a flow rate of 0.6 gallons per minute. A protective cap is included to guard the port when not in use.
