Expertly designed for diagnostic pressure testing in hydraulic systems, the Danfoss / Eaton Coupling ensures seamless integration with its quick connect and disconnect functionality. Constructed from durable carbon steel, this coupling features a robust ball lock internal connection type and a sleeve lock safety mechanism for secure use. It supports a flow rate of 0.6 gallons per minute, making it highly efficient for demanding applications.
With end types featuring a 3/8-inch SAE ORB and a push-to-connect mechanism, this male half coupling promises ease of use and reliability. The coupling is certified under the SAE J1502 Interchange standard and can withstand minimum working temperatures as low as -40°F. The Buna-N seal material further enhances its resilience, providing excellent fluid compatibility.

got a test port with 3/8 SAE ORB, will this male half hook up right or am i missing something
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 20, 2025, 8:39 AM
This male half coupling is set up with a 3/8-inch SAE ORB end on one side and a push-to-connect end on the other, so it matches a 3/8 SAE ORB port and uses push-to-connect for the mating connection.

Will this work for hydraulic pressure testing on my tractor?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 9, 2025, 1:16 PM
Designed for diagnostic pressure testing in hydraulic systems, this coupling should work for your tractor, provided your system uses compatible 3/8-inch SAE ORB end types.
Question by: Jerry B on Dec 10, 2025, 10:49 AM
Does this coupling need any special tools to hook up, or is it pretty much plug and play right out of the box?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 11, 2025, 12:14 PM
No tools required at all. The push-to-connect end lets you get it hooked up fast, and the ball lock mechanism holds the connection secure once engaged. The sleeve lock adds a second layer of safety so it won't pull apart unexpectedly under pressure. For diagnostic pressure testing work where you're connecting and disconnecting fairly often, that kind of toolless setup saves a real amount of time.
