This Danfoss / Eaton coupling is a male half quick disconnect socket from the Hansen FD90 series. Designed for diagnostic pressure testing in hydraulic systems, it meets SAE J1502 interchange standards.

Constructed from carbon steel with nitrile seals, the coupling features a sleeve lock safety mechanism, a ball lock internal connection, and a 2-way valve type. It is designed with male SAE and ORS ends, both sized at 9/16" (0.5625"). This coupling ensures quick connect and disconnect functionality without the need for special tools, and exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressures. It operates at a flow rate of 0.6 gallons per minute and can withstand a minimum working temperature of -4 degrees Fahrenheit.

Will this fitting hold up okay if I'm usin' it pretty much all day, every day?

Designed for diagnostic pressure testing, this coupling exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressures, so it should be suitable for continuous use within its specified limits.
