DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING

Description & Features

Designed for demanding hydraulic fluid transfer in high-impulse environments, this female half quick disconnect coupling from the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen FD96 Series handles flow rates up to 45 gallons per minute. Built from high-resistance carbon steel with Nitrile seals, it is well-suited for use in oilfield and mining applications where reliable, tool-free connection and disconnection are essential.

The Danfoss / Eaton Coupling features a thread-to-connect internal connection type with 1/2" NPT ports on both ends and a 2-way valve configuration. It exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements and is rated for use down to -4°F minimum working temperature. No safety locking mechanism is incorporated, keeping the design straightforward for applications where that trade-off is appropriate.
