DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING

Description & Features

Designed for demanding hydraulic fluid transfer applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen FD96 Series Quick Disconnect Coupling is a carbon steel male half rated for high-impulse hydraulic systems. With a 1 1/16-inch port size and a thread-to-connect internal connection, it accommodates UNF female end connections and supports a flow rate of 11.9 gallons per minute. The coupling is built to exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures, making it well-suited for oil field and mining environments where reliable performance under pressure is critical.

Quick connect and disconnect functionality requires no special tools, reducing downtime during fluid line changes. A minimum working temperature of -40°F allows for use in cold-weather field conditions. The 2-way valve configuration and male half design are compatible with Hansen FD96 Series female couplings, supporting standardized system integration across high-demand hydraulic applications.
