Does the 3/8 inch NPT thread on this thing work with standard air hose fittings, or do I need some kind of adapter to get it hooked up?

Standard 3/8 inch NPT threads are about as common as it gets in air systems, so the female thread on this coupling should mate up with the vast majority of air hoses and tools running that same thread size. No adapter needed in typical setups.
