Designed for high-performance fuel system routing, the Blue Anodized Aluminum Fuel Block, 1/4, 1/4, 1/8, & 3/8 Inch Female NPT Ports is an Eaton Aeroquip component built for demanding motorsport and industrial fuel delivery applications. The blue anodized aluminum construction provides corrosion resistance while keeping weight low, and the anodized finish offers a clean, durable surface suited to engine bay environments.
Four female NPT ports, two at 1/4 inch, one at 1/8 inch, and one at 3/8 inch, allow flexible multi-line connections from a single block, consolidating fuel distribution without additional fittings. The varied port sizing accommodates different line sizes within the same assembly, making this block well-suited for race fuel systems, custom engine builds, and performance fuel circuit configurations.

trying to split one fuel feed into a couple lines, how many ports does this block actually have and what sizes are they
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 5, 2026, 6:38 PM
Four female NPT ports are machined into the block: two 1/4 inch, one 1/8 inch, and one 3/8 inch. That mix lets you distribute fuel from a single block while still accommodating different line sizes in the same setup.

got a fuel block on my race car build and tryin to figure out if this one'll handle running four different line sizes off one block, that what this thing does?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 11, 2026, 2:00 PM
Four ports total, sized at 1/4, 1/4, 1/8, and 3/8 inch female NPT. All four are on one block, so yeah, you can run different line sizes from a single central point without stacking extra fittings or adapters to make the sizes work. That mixed port configuration is really the whole point of this part for custom fuel routing setups.
