Got a port on my hydraulic manifold that's threaded 7/8-14 ORB and I need to run a 1/4 NPT line off it. This the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. The male end threads into your 7/8-14 SAE O-Ring Boss port, and the female end accepts your 1/4-18 NPT fitting.
