This Eaton Aeroquip adapter is a 90° elbow with a male ORS (O-Ring Seal) connection on one end and a male SAE ORB (SAE O-Ring Boss) connection on the other. The ORS side has a 0.5625" size, while the SAE ORB side measures 0.75". Designed for design flexibility, this AEROQUIP ADP 4 ORS 8 ORB ELL fitting offers hundreds of styles to choose from.

Constructed from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating, this elbow adapter offers superior corrosion resistance. It is suitable for use in marine and military applications, chemical processing, pulp and paper industries, food and beverage processing, and off-shore drilling. This adapter meets SAE J1453 standards and is designed for higher operating pressures above SAE standards. It withstands minimum working temperatures down to -65 degrees.

what industries is this aeroquip elbow adapter actually rated for? got a chemical processing line and want to make sure before i order

Chemical processing is one of the listed applications for this fitting, along with marine and military use, pulp and paper, food and beverage processing, and offshore drilling. The carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating gives it solid corrosion resistance across those environments, so it's a legitimate fit for what you're describing.

What size is each end of this elbow?

got a tight spot in the line, is this the 90 degree elbow that goes from ORS male to SAE ORB male?
