Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Danfoss / Eaton 16 Male ORS x 16 Male ORS Bulkhead Win 6F-16LNZ is a carbon steel union adapter built to SAE 520601 certification standards. The bulkhead configuration supports inline connections through panels or enclosures, with matching ORS male ends on both sides for a secure, leak-resistant seal.
Finished with Eaton Aeroquip's Dura-Kote plating, this fitting offers strong corrosion resistance suited to harsh or chemically aggressive settings. Rated for operating pressures above standard SAE thresholds, it is well-suited for marine and military applications, chemical processing, pulp and paper facilities, food and beverage processing, and offshore drilling. A 1.75-inch hex size and a minimum working temperature of -40°F round out its suitability for challenging service conditions.

Question by: Eddie F on Feb 16, 2026, 9:22 AM
got a panel pass-through deal going on, is this bulkhead fitting meant to go through a wall and still keep an inline run?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 18, 2026, 6:23 AM
For a through-panel connection, the bulkhead body is the whole point. It lets you run the line straight through a panel or enclosure while keeping ORS male connections on both sides for a tight, leak-resistant seal.

Is this thing resistant to, like, saltwater corrosion? I work on a boat.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 20, 2025, 12:07 PM
it's got Eaton Aeroquip's Dura-Kote plating, so it should hold up pretty well against corrosion, even in marine environments.
