Designed for use in demanding industrial environments, the Danfoss / Eaton ORS ADPT is a male-to-male straight adapter connecting two ORS (O-Ring Straight) fittings in a single inline configuration. Constructed from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating, it delivers strong resistance to corrosion across a working temperature range starting at -40°F, making it well-suited for marine, military, offshore drilling, chemical processing, food and beverage, and pulp and paper applications.
Part of the Eaton Aeroquip FF2000T Series, this adapter meets SAE 520101 certification and is rated for operating pressures above standard SAE thresholds. The 13/16-inch end size and straight-through geometry allow for straightforward inline connections where consistent flow path alignment is required. With hundreds of available styles across the FF2000T Series, this fitting fits within a broader system of compatible hydraulic adapters.

Question by: Chad H on Sep 1, 2025, 8:44 PM
what industries is this adapter actually built for? trying to figure out if it's appropriate for our processing line
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 3, 2025, 8:25 PM
Carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating makes this one a solid fit for some pretty demanding environments. It's rated for marine, military, offshore drilling, chemical processing, food and beverage, and pulp and paper applications. The corrosion resistance is the main reason it holds up across all those different settings. If your processing line falls into any of those categories, this adapter was built with exactly that kind of use in mind.

Just makin' sure, this here adapter is male on both ends, right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 20, 2026, 6:25 AM
that's correct. This adapter is male on both ends with ORS (O-Ring Straight) fittings.
Question by: Hank T on Sep 16, 2025, 6:15 AM
got two ORS ports i need to tie together in a straight shot. is this the right kind of adapter
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 17, 2025, 6:11 PM
For an inline connection, it’s a male ORS to male ORS straight adapter, so it’s meant to join two ORS (O-Ring Straight) fittings end to end with a straight-through flow path.
