got a hose end that’s 16 ORS and i need to turn into 1 inch pipe thread at a 90, is that what this adapter does

Function-wise it is a 90 degree elbow that adapts from a 16 ORS male on one end to a 1 inch NPTF male on the other, so it is meant for exactly that ORS to pipe thread changeover.
