Designed for demanding industrial environments, this carbon steel 90° elbow adapter connects two ORS male ends, with an End Size 1 of 0.6875 in. and End Size 2 of 0.75 in., making it well suited for hydraulic lines requiring a right-angle transition between differing port sizes. The Danfoss / Eaton FF2035T Series carries a drop dimension of 0.9800 in. and meets SAE 520201 certification standards.
Eaton Aeroquip's Dura-Kote plating provides strong corrosion resistance, extending service life in harsh or moisture-exposed settings. Rated for operating pressures above standard SAE thresholds, this fitting is appropriate for marine and military applications, chemical processing, off-shore drilling, pulp and paper facilities, and food and beverage processing. The broad range of available styles in the FF2035T Series supports flexible system design across these industries. Operating temperature range starts at -65°F minimum.

Question by: Kurt R on Nov 22, 2025, 9:59 PM
What's the story on how well this thing resists rust? I'm gonna be using it in a spot where it might get damp.
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 24, 2025, 7:19 AM
Dura-Kote plating gives this elbow adapter superior corrosion resistance, which helps it last longer in damp or harsh environments.
Question by: Pete C on Sep 10, 2025, 3:23 PM
corrosion's a real concern where we run our lines, lot of moisture and salt in the air. how's this fitting hold up to that kind of environment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 12, 2025, 9:13 AM
Eaton Aeroquip uses what they call Dura-Kote plating on this fitting, and it's specifically built to handle harsh, moisture-heavy conditions. That coating gives it stronger corrosion resistance than a standard carbon steel fitting would have on its own. It's already been spec'd into marine and offshore drilling applications, both of which deal with exactly the kind of wet, salty exposure you're describing. So for a tough environment like yours, this is a fitting that was put together with that in mind.
