Designed for straight-connection applications across demanding industries, the Danfoss / Eaton Adapter ORS features an ORS female swivel on one end and an SAE 37° male flare on the other, making it well-suited for marine, military, offshore drilling, chemical processing, food and beverage, and pulp and paper environments.
Constructed from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating, this adapter offers corrosion resistance appropriate for harsh service conditions. It is rated for operating pressures above standard SAE specifications and carries a minimum working temperature of -40°F, supporting reliable performance across a wide range of operating environments.
Part of the Eaton Aeroquip FF2209T series, this straight adapter is one of hundreds of available configurations, allowing flexibility when specifying connections within complex hydraulic assemblies. The 1.5-inch hex size and 1.63-inch width provide reference points for tooling and installation clearance planning.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Bobby F on Dec 20, 2025, 5:42 PM
What kind of connection ends does this adapter have, and would it work for a straight-line hookup between ORS and SAE flare fittings?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 2:21 PM
One end is an ORS female swivel and the other is an SAE 37° male flare, so yeah, that's exactly what it's built for. Straight-connection applications where those two fitting types need to meet up. No angled body, no offset, just a clean inline adapter between the two standards.
