This carbon steel elbow adapter features a male SAE O-Ring on one end and a female STC connection on the other. The 45° elbow configuration offers design flexibility for hydraulic applications. Danfoss / Eaton M/M+ STC fittings are plated with Dura-Kote for superior corrosion resistance and designed for higher operating pressures above SAE standards.

This SAE ORB Male/STC Female 45° Elbow Adapter has a 0.5625" end size on both ends, with a 0.69" hex size 2.

Is this elbow made of steel all the way through, or is it just plated?

It is made of carbon steel, and then plated with Dura-Kote for extra corrosion resistance.
