DANFOSS / EATON 45DEG CODE 62 #16 FLG X #12 M-JIC

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Danfoss / Eaton FF5539-1612S is a 45-degree elbow adapter configured with a Code 62 SAE split flange (#16) on one end and a #12 Male JIC (SAE 37° flare) on the other. Constructed from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating, this adapter provides strong corrosion resistance suited to the rigors of marine, military, offshore drilling, chemical processing, pulp and paper, and food and beverage applications.

Certified to SAE J514, this fitting meets and exceeds standard SAE working pressure thresholds, making it a reliable choice where elevated pressure capacity is a priority. The flanged-to-JIC elbow configuration accommodates directional routing in tight assemblies, with a 1.0-inch drop dimension and 1.88-inch width. Part of a broad product family offering hundreds of adapter styles, the FF5539 series supports design flexibility across a wide range of hydraulic system configurations. Minimum working temperature is rated to -65°F.
