got a 3/4 inch split flange hookup on a hydraulic line. is this the right kit for a Code 61 setup

Does the Dura-Kote plating on this kit hold up decent in wet or muddy conditions, or is it more of a light-duty coating?

Will this flange kit hold up in a hydraulic setup that sees some pretty cold weather? We get down to -30°F sometimes.
