45° Split Flange Code 62

Description & Features

Manufactured from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating, this Eaton Aeroquip 45° Split Flange Code 62 adapter is built for reliable performance in demanding hydraulic systems where corrosion resistance and higher-than-standard operating pressures are required. The elbow configuration connects a Code 62 split flange end to a male ORS end, making it well suited for installations where routing at a 45-degree angle reduces stress on connected lines.

Part of the Aeroquip FF6002T series, this flanged/ORS male elbow adapter supports design flexibility across a wide range of configurations. The Dura-Kote finish provides enhanced protection against corrosion compared to standard zinc plating, and the design is rated to operating pressures above standard SAE requirements.

Question by: Neil G on Apr 30, 2025, 7:28 PM
got a tight spot on a hose run, is this the fitting that kicks it over at 45 degrees and still goes from a Code 62 flange to a male ORS?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 2, 2025, 12:53 PM
For routing where you need a 45 degree turn, this elbow adapter gives you a Code 62 split flange connection on one end and a male ORS (O-ring seal) connection on the other, so you can change direction without putting as much bend stress on the line.
Question by: Keith M on May 18, 2025, 11:44 AM
Does the 45-degree angle on this thing actually help with routing, or is it more of a niche use case?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 20, 2025, 6:40 AM
For tight installs where a straight fitting would put a bend or kink in the line, the 45-degree elbow makes a real difference. It lets you route the hydraulic line at an angle right at the connection point, which takes stress off the hose and the fittings it connects to. The Code 62 split flange end pairs with an ORS male on the other side, so it bridges those two connection types while giving you that angled exit. It's a practical choice any time you're working in a confined space and need the line to clear surrounding components cleanly.
Question by: Johnny H on Dec 21, 2025, 7:02 AM
Will this flange hold up okay in a hydraulic system running at higher pressures than normal?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 22, 2025, 10:16 AM
Yes, this Aeroquip adapter is rated for operating pressures above standard SAE requirements, so it should be suitable for demanding hydraulic systems.
