Hey, will this hose work okay if I need to bend it a good bit?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 3, 2025, 8:27 AM
Minimum bend radius on this hose is 6.5 inches, so keep that in mind when routing it.
Question by: Brent W on Sep 21, 2025, 4:46 PM
got a tight spot on my air intake run. how sharp can i bend this -36 hose without kinkin it
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 23, 2025, 6:20 AM
For bend limits, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 6.5 inches. Staying at or above that radius helps keep it from kinking and protects the 4 ply aramid reinforcement.

what's the lowest temp this hose can handle? running some equipment through some pretty brutal winters and need to know it won't get stiff and crack on me
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 24, 2025, 6:55 PM
Rated down to -54 degrees, so cold weather operation shouldn't be an issue for most winter conditions you'd run into. The silicone construction holds up well at low temps without getting brittle, which is exactly what you want on equipment that sits outside overnight or starts up cold.
