The WEBTEC FI1500 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator is designed for precise flow measurement in demanding hydraulic systems. Capable of handling a maximum flow rate of 300 liters per minute (80 US gpm) and withstand pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi), this flow indicator ensures reliable performance under rigorous conditions. Its flow accuracy of ±4% full scale and temperature accuracy of ±2.5°C (±5°F) make it an invaluable tool for maintaining system integrity.
Constructed with a robust aluminum 2011T6 body and mainly brass internal materials, the FI1500-300ASOT model is built for durability. The flow indicator operates effectively within a fluid temperature range of 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F), and can handle intermittent spikes up to 110°C (230°F). It is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, offering versatility across various applications. The device features main ports sized at 1-7/8”-12UN #24 SAE ORB and top ports at 1/4” NPTF, ensuring easy integration into existing systems.

porting on this unit, is it SAE ORB or something else? got a 1-7/8" -12UN fitting on my existing line and want to make sure it drops right in without adapters

Main ports are 1-7/8" -12UN #24 SAE ORB, so that's a direct match for what you've got. The top ports are 1/4" NPTF if you need those for anything. No adapters required on the main connection side.
