porting on this one, are those main ports standard SAE ORB or something proprietary?

Standard fittings all around. The main ports are 1-1/16" - 12 UNF #12 SAE ORB, and the top ports are 1/4" NPTF. Both are common enough that you shouldn't have trouble sourcing adapters or making a direct connection in most hydraulic plumbing setups.
