Aeroquip POR 90 Deg Elbow Male Insert O-Ring

Description & Features

Constructed from carbon steel, the Aeroquip Por 90 Deg Elbow Male Insert O-Ring is a nipple assembly designed for reliable hose termination in demanding industrial hydraulic applications. The 90-degree elbow configuration routes hose assemblies cleanly in space-constrained installations, while the male insert O-ring end provides a secure, leak-resistant connection.

This fitting is sized for -8 hose dash with a 0.75-inch UNF male thread end, making it well suited for hose-to-port connections across a wide range of hydraulic systems. Part of the Eaton Aeroquip line, it is built to reduce assembly time without sacrificing connection integrity. The drop dimension of 1.82 inches supports accurate routing in tight assemblies.

Question by: Hugh H on Mar 24, 2026, 12:33 PM
Got a tight spot under a manifold where the hose needs to make a hard turn without kinking, would this fitting handle that kind of routing situation?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 25, 2026, 9:07 PM
A 90-degree elbow is exactly what you want for that kind of scenario. The bend is built into the fitting itself, so the hose exits at a right angle from the port rather than relying on the hose to flex into position. With a drop dimension of 1.82 inches, you can plan your assembly clearances pretty accurately before you ever pick up a wrench.

Just makin' sure, this elbow is steel and not somethin' else, right? Need it for a pretty tough job.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 8, 2025, 6:07 AM
Carbon steel is indeed the material used in this Aeroquip elbow, so it should hold up well in demanding hydraulic applications.
