Question by: Hank G on Sep 16, 2025, 7:58 PM
what's the material on this fitting and does it have any kind of coating to keep rust off?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 18, 2025, 6:14 AM
Carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating. That plating is specifically there to hold up against corrosion, so you're not dealing with a bare steel fitting that'll start showing rust after a season or two of hard use. It's built to last in industrial environments where moisture and wear are just part of the deal.
Question by: Cheryl O on Aug 11, 2025, 6:56 AM
got a -10 hose, will this fitting match up or am i barkin up the wrong tree
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 12, 2025, 7:42 AM
It’s built for a -10 hose dash size and it’s a 90 degree elbow fitting, so it’s meant to pair with that hose size in a crimp assembly.
