What kind of fitting end does this swivel use, and is it gonna hold up without leaking on me?

ORS stands for O-Ring Seal, and that design is about as reliable as it gets for leak resistance in hydraulic lines. The o-ring seats against a machined face and forms a tight seal under pressure, so you're not depending on thread sealant or tape to keep things dry. Carbon steel construction means it's built to take the kind of punishment you'd expect in real working conditions, not just light-duty shop use.
