part number FL06-6-5, is that the 3/8 down to 5/16 reducer fitting or the other way around?

You've got it right. That part steps down from 3/8 inch to 5/16 inch, so the larger end connects at 3/8 and the smaller end comes out at 5/16. Brakequip calls it a FuelFlex reducing tube, and the FL06-6-5 is the correct part number for that size combination.

got a 3/8 line but the piece i’m tying into is 5/16. is this the right reducer for that?
