FlexiBlok Series Air Line Lubricator, 1/4 Inch Ports, 30 SCFM Flow Rating, Metal Bowl

Description & Features

Designed for compressed air systems requiring consistent lubrication, the Numatics FlexiBlok Series Air Line Lubricator, 1/4 Inch Ports, 30 SCFM Flow Rating, Metal Bowl is built around a zinc body construction and rated for pressures up to 200 psi. The unit operates across a temperature range of 40–120 °F and begins metering oil aerosols into the air stream at as little as 2 SCFM, making it suitable for a wide range of flow conditions.

A tamper-resistant adjustment knob prevents unauthorized changes to lubrication output. The metal bowl configuration is available with a sight glass for fluid level monitoring, and the unit can be mounted individually or as part of a modular FRL assembly. The atomizing chamber is designed to produce longer-lasting aerosols for consistent downstream lubrication. Port size is 1/4 inch, with catalog number C1LC60 corresponding to this configuration.

Question by: Ray P on Dec 29, 2025, 6:18 PM
What's the inlet pressure this thing can handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 31, 2025, 6:16 PM
Maximum inlet pressure for this FlexiBlok lubricator is 200 psi.
Question by: Rusty B on Dec 4, 2025, 2:02 PM
got a little air tool setup that don’t always pull much airflow. will this lubricator still start feeding oil at low flow?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 6, 2025, 11:08 AM
At low demand it will still start metering oil, since lubrication begins at about 2 SCFM. That makes it workable on systems that see lighter flow, not just high-flow lines.
Question by: Peggy C on May 18, 2025, 1:29 PM
Does this lubricator work if my air flow drops real low sometimes, or does it need a certain minimum to start putting oil into the line?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 20, 2025, 10:38 AM
At 2 SCFM it starts metering oil into the airstream, so even systems with pretty low or variable flow should see consistent lubrication. The unit is rated up to 30 SCFM total, so as long as your flow stays somewhere in that range you're in good shape. Low-flow periods won't leave your equipment running dry.
